Daniela Fabricius is an historian and theorist of architecture and urbanism. She teaches at the University of Pennsylvania and the Pratt Institute, and is the former managing editor of the journal Log. Her writing has been published in Architectural Design, Journal of Architectural Education, Harvard Design Magazine, Stadtbauwelt, and Log.
Her work has been supported by the Graham Foundation, the New York State Council on the Arts, a DAAD Research Fellowship, and a Whiting Doctoral Fellowship. She is a recent winner of the Historians of German and Central European Art Emerging Scholars Prize. She received her MArch at Columbia University, was a fellow in the Whitney ISP Program, and is completing a PhD at in the School of Architecture at Princeton.
