Mary Grayson “MG” Brook graduated with a Ph.D. from Princeton University in 2023. While she was at Princeton, she studied in the German Department. She a holds a BA in German from UNC-Chapel Hill. Her research focused on kinship and inheritance in 19th century German realism. Other literary research interests include gender and sexuality, short forms of fiction, migration and language, and representations of nature. MG is also interested in German films and has studied French and Russian.
